About

Hello and welcome, I’m Ellen.

In my 20-year corporate career, I experienced the impact great leaders have on the culture and success of an organization. I loved being part of high performing teams that were motivated by a shared purpose. And I felt the power of open, brave, and clear communication.

For the last 10 years it has been my mission to help a variety of organizations build leadership, team, and communication capabilities. At Verdigris Coaching and Consulting I start by asking a lot of questions and listening deeply to understand the root of the need, then plan programs that will lead to real growth and transformation.

On any given day you will find me:

Coaching an executive, an emerging leader, or a team
Developing or leading a leadership or team workshop
Facilitating a strategic planning or focus group discussion

I also spend my time trying to ensure two teenagers grow up to be good men, pretending I’m a celebrity chef, and losing myself in a good book.
